Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead business analysis efforts for ServiceNow implementations, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions and ensure successful project delivery. We would like to inform you that this role is primarily offered under a standard employment contract, in accordance with applicable labor regulations.

Lead the business analysis function for ServiceNow projects, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or other ServiceNow modules Collaborate with clients, project managers, developers and other stakeholders to gather and document business requirements Analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for ServiceNow solutions Facilitate workshops, interviews and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus Develop user stories, process flows and use cases to support solution design and development Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to meet business objectives Support testing, training and change management activities Provide best practices for ServiceNow implementations
