Code & Pepper supports clients in demanding industries, helping them scale teams and build advanced digital products. We are developing a SaaS workforce management platform for our client in the UK healthcare sector. The system solves complex operational challenges for medical facilities by optimizing scheduling and staff management. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, leading discovery and delivery processes, and implementing AI-driven workflows. What we offer Proven experience as a Product Manager working on SaaS products within an Agile development environment Track record of defining, building, and delivering strategic product roadmaps aligned with business goals Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including product discovery, backlog management, and user story creation Strong analytical skills to track product usage, define success metrics, and monitor business indicators (e.g., CARR, retention, adoption) Ability to leverage AI tools throughout the Product Management lifecycle for workflow automation, prioritization and delivery Hands-on experience collaborating with Engineering, Design and Client Operations teams, including leading sprint refinement and discovery sessions Proficiency in creating clear product documentation, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and product one-pagers.
