You will lead and coordinate the local development team responsible for the design, implementation, and testing of Aritech EVERON security systems and accessories for the EMEA market. We seek a professional with a strong internal drive to deliver projects aligned with business objectives, while maintaining a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

As a Team Leader, you will: Build, develop, and manage a local team of up to 12 firmware and hardware engineers. Plan and allocate resources, manage workload, and ensure timely delivery of new products into production. Actively contribute to technical design, development, and problem-solving (approx.

80% hands-on, 20% leadership). Oversee design, integration, documentation, testing, and production release activities. Support global project teams in technical, tooling, and organizational aspects.
