Industry : IT & Finance Start : 01/01/2027 Contract: B2B, 12 months + extensions Language required: English & German (at least B2) Working hours: 13:00 - 21:00 100% remote working, full-time Rate : up to 125 PLN/h netto + VAT We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Exchange / Messaging Specialist to join an established infrastructure operations team supporting enterprise customers within a highly regulated financial-services environment. The position is focused primarily on administration, operations, monitoring, provisioning and incident handling rather than project architecture or development. A strong Microsoft Exchange background and fluent German are essential. Your responsibilities Providing 2nd and 3rd level support within the Windows environment. Administering and operating Microsoft Exchange on-premises and Exchange Online environments. Handling service requests, incidents and operational tasks in line with defined SLA and ITIL processes. Provisioning and managing Exchange recipients, mailboxes and related objects. Supporting provisioning activities, including selected XML-based processes. Troubleshooting complex Exchange and Messaging incidents. Working with Active Directory objects and dependencies relevant to Exchange. Supporting migrations, changes and technical provisioning activities. Preparing operational and migration documentation. Monitoring Messaging environments and preventing unnecessary escalations.
