You will be part of a strategic internal team providing essential IT services and tools, contributing to the company’s evolving infrastructure.

Strong understanding of DORA and related topics Proven experience in internal IT service management Experience in managing IT tools/platforms Security awareness and compliance knowledge Ability to work independently and provide direction Strong communication skills Business-level proficiency in English Quick contributor with minimal onboarding time Nice to Have Experience in vulnerability management Background in penetration testing Familiarity with service desk operations
