You will help shape the future of their workforce management by leveraging advanced data analytics to deliver actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Your main responsibilities: Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven narratives for management meetings and senior leadership sessions. Support the PBAM Operations Manager in designing analytics to optimize workforce location, shape, and size within the CIO Organization. Provide strategic workforce planning inputs across GCIO functions, aligning insights with broader bank-wide strategies. Visualize workforce trends, patterns, and insights using tools such as DataStudio, PowerPoint, and Excel to inform decisions on diversity, attrition, and contractor management. Drive operational efficiencies through data-driven insights, coordinating with tech leads and operations managers. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within PBAM COO team for data frameworks, applications, and dashboards, ensuring insights align with organizational strategies.
