Delivery Manager (with German)

Role description At STX Next we are looking for a Delivery Manager who blends the strategic ownership of a Delivery Lead with hands-on execution - taking full accountability for portfolio health while directly leading key delivery projects, as the bridge between client strategy, business growth, and technical execution.

Direct delivery & governance - hands-on management of key software projects, ensuring quality, scope control, and Agile best practices. Portfolio ownership - manage the health and profitability of your assigned client portfolio. Client partnership & strategy - build trust-based relationships with international clients and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.

Business growth & pre-sales - partner with Sales on expansion plans, upsell/cross-sell, and late-stage deal pipelines. Al & operational innovation - introduce Al-assisted delivery practices, metrics, and automation to boost margins. Strategic alignment - partner with Heads and executive leadership on overall business goals.

Operational excellence & escalations - primary escalation point, implementing swift risk mitigation. Team leadership - coordinate engineering leads and cross-functional teams for delivery excellence.
