You will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs and technology, driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions across the entire credit lifecycle. Your expertise will influence risk management, operational efficiency, and the colleague experience through data, automation, and AI-enabled advancements. Your main responsibilities: Lead structured discovery sessions with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, product owners, data specialists, and engineering teams to gather and analyze requirements. Translate complex credit and lending problems into clear business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process models. Define and document current-state and target-state processes across origination, analysis, decisioning, monitoring, and reporting phases. Identify opportunities for technology, data, automation, and AI solutions that enhance risk management and operational performance. Collaborate with software engineers, data specialists, and product owners to create practical, well-detailed requirements for technology and data-enabled solutions.
