Business Analyst

Summary We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with over 3 years of experience in the banking sector or IT firms within the banking domain, particularly in regulatory reporting. In this techno-functional role, you will analyze international banking regulations and translate them into actionable software solutions and functional specifications. Strong experience with SQL for data analysis and excellent communication skills are essential for engaging various stakeholders.

Analyze regulations and business/client requirements from national and international banking authorities. Translate regulations into functional specifications including Data Gap Analysis, Data Modelling & Mapping, and Business/Validation rules. Perform functional implementations using SQL.

Create functional scenarios & test data, conduct UAT and regression testing. Collaborate with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts to understand product roadmaps. Maintain detailed end-user documentation and technical-functional guides.
