Business Analyst

Introduction & Summary As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role within the agile development cycle for a product development center. This techno-functional position requires expertise in analyzing international banking regulations and translating them into effective software solutions and functional specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a relevant domain, demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Main

Analyze regulations and business/client requirements from national and international banking authorities. Translate regulations into functional specifications, including Data Gap Analysis, Data Modelling & Mapping, and Business/Validation rules. Perform functional implementations using SQL.

Create and validate functional scenarios & test data; conduct UAT and regression testing. Develop a clear understanding of product roadmaps through collaboration with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts. Maintain detailed end-user documentation and internal technical-functional guides.

Provide support for customer projects and resolve functional tickets. Collaborate with colleagues across teams and levels within the organization. Key
