We're looking for a Delivery PMO Specialist to support Delivery Managers in coordinating operations, reporting, resource planning, and cross-functional activities. This role offers broad exposure to project and service delivery, with opportunities to grow toward Delivery or Project Management positions. Work model - osite/hybrid from Lublin Key

Support Delivery Managers in day-to-day operational activities. Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business documentation. Coordinate activities with Recruitment, HR, Finance, Administration, and other internal teams.

Support resource allocation, onboarding, staffing, and contract extension processes. Monitor delivery processes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain documentation, data quality, and internal reporting standards.

Identify process improvements and support operational excellence initiatives.

2+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, operations, or delivery support. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience working with reports, data, and business documentation. Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple priori
