Location: Remote (Japan Hours) Work Model: Fully Remote Language Requirements Japanese (Business Level) & English Contract Type: Freelance / Contract / Permanent (open to discussion) About the Role We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Technical Project Manager to coordinate software integration projects and act as a key link between business stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management skills with a practical technical understanding of software systems, APIs, and authentication mechanisms. You will help drive project delivery, facilitate communication across international teams, and independently investigate technical issues before escalating them to Engineering. As our projects involve collaboration with teams and stakeholders in Japan, you will need to work during Japanese business hours or maintain significant overlap with the Japan time zone. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage technical implementation and software integration projects Act as the primary point of contact between clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks Facilitate requirements gathering, project planning, and status reporting Review and understand technical documentation, APIs, and integration requirements Perform basic troubleshooting and issue validation before escalating to technical teams Support communication and coordination across multicultural
