Team description: The Cybersecurity team is a strategic function within Toyota Digital Hub , helping protect Toyota’s manufacturing, engineering, and operational environments across Europe. Joining this team means contributing to the security and resilience of critical industrial operations , supporting the secure transformation of plants, facilities, and connected operational assets , and working with colleagues from different disciplines and backgrounds to solve meaningful challenges together. The team’s mission is to safeguard operational continuity , reduce cyber risk , and enable secure innovation across both IT and OT environments . Role Summary: We are looking for an OT Security Advisor who is motivated to help strengthen cybersecurity across industrial and operational environments . In this role, you will help protect critical OT assets , improve resilience in manufacturing and plant-related systems , and contribute to the secure operation of industrial technologies in a complex enterprise setting . You will work closely with engineering , plant operations , IT security , and external partners to embed security into OT environments , manage risk pragmatically, and support compliance with relevant industry and regulatory requirements .
