Production Support Specialist 📍 Kraków, Poland (Hybrid - 6 days/month in the office) 📄 Employment type: Permanent Contract (UoP) or B2B via Antal 💰 Rate: up to 150-160 PLN net/hour (B2B) About the Role Antal is supporting the recruitment process for an international organization seeking a Production Support Specialist to join a team responsible for maintaining critical business applications and services. This position combines incident management, production support, technical troubleshooting, and collaboration with software engineering teams. You will play a key role in ensuring platform stability, resolving production issues, and continuously improving operational processes. If you enjoy solving technical problems, investigating root causes, and working in a fast-paced enterprise environment, we'd like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Monitor production systems and respond to operational alerts. Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating resolutions. Manage incidents, problems, and change activities using established ITSM processes. Work closely with Development, DevOps, and SRE teams to improve system reliability and operational efficiency. Support releases, maintenance activities, and production deployments. Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify operational risks and implement preventative measures. Participate in on-call or out-of-hours support activities when required. Req
