Join Mobileye’s SoC Architecture team and help shape the next generation of EyeQ™-based automotive compute platforms for ADAS, autonomous driving, and Robotaxi applications.
In this role, you will define system-level hardware architectures and translate complex product and customer needs into scalable, robust, and production-ready platforms. You’ll work across SoC, hardware, software, safety, security, and product teams, influencing key architectural decisions from concept through deployment.

What will your job look like:
- Define system hardware architectures for EyeQ™-based automotive compute platforms, reference systems, and customer configurations.
- Architect the integration of EyeQ™ SoCs with MCUs, memories, cameras, radars, lidars, SerDes devices, Ethernet switches, and other platform components.
- Lead architectural decisions around system topology, connectivity, inter-SoC communication, power flows, logging, debug, and service interfaces.
- Translate product and customer needs into clear system requirements, interface specifications, and design guidelines.
