For our Client from the automotive industry, we are looking for an IT Application Support Specialist . We are looking for someone who will support applications within the Finance and Master Data Management areas while bridging business needs with IT solutions. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys combining application support with close collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams. What you will do Providing application support for Finance and Master Data Management solutions, including investigating and coordinating the resolution of incidents and service requests. Collaborating with development teams to identify root causes of issues and implement sustainable solutions. Supporting backlog management, clarifying business requirements, and helping prioritize items with stakeholders. Monitoring application performance, data quality, and operational stability, as well as supporting testing, releases, deployments, and change activities. Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and collaboration between business and technical teams.
