Do you want to help shape and evolve the foundation that powers data-driven decision-making across Arla? In Data Foundation, we are responsible for delivering and evolving the core Azure Databricks data platform and infrastructure that enables analytics, reporting and AI solutions across Arla. As an Experienced Data Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of the team, mentoring colleagues and ensuring we continue to deliver a modern, enterprise-grade platform that supports the needs of the business, says Senior Manager, Head of IT Product, Thomas Morthorst Overgaard. How you will make an impact As an Experienced Data Platform Engineer, you will join an international team responsible for developing and maintaining Arla’s Data Foundation Platform. You will contribute to the continuous evolution of our cloud-based data platform, ensuring scalability, reliability and performance across our data ecosystem. Your key responsibilities include Contribute to the technical implementation of complex features and services while improving architecture and reducing technical debt. Support other developers through code reviews, technical coaching and knowledge-sharing sessions. Collaborate closely with Product Architects and product teams to shape technical direction and non-functional requirements.
