Opis

Job Responsibility Set the product vision, roadmap and priorities in line with business and operational needs Rank capabilities and enhancements by business value, operational need, risk and dependencies Track product performance, user feedback and operational outcomes to drive continuous improvement Work with business users and stakeholders to uncover needs, pain points and improvement opportunities Turn business processes and needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria Evaluate Service Requests (SRs) and enhancement requests to make sure each solves the real underlying need Support solution assessment, UAT and validation of delivered solutions Deliver the product and its enhancements within the agreed scope, budget and timeline Coordinate business, technology and vendor teams to manage risks, issues, dependencies and implementation Report regularly to management on progress, operations, expenditure, risks and key decisions Keep product documentation, decisions, approvals and change records up to date Make sure the live product stays effective, reliable and easy to use Partner with technical and support teams to investigate incidents and recurring issues, their business impact and root causes Drive corrective and preventive actions to reduce repeat issues Convert operational insights and user feedback into process improvements or product enhancements Manage vendor engagements and contracts for implementation, maintenance, support and enhancements
