Camera Software Intern

The Position Metalenz is developing next-generation sensing systems for consumer electronics with metasurface technology. As an intern on the software team, you will help develop applications that make use of our meta-optic camera systems. You will work with novel polarization imaging systems that require creative approaches to image processing and sensor integration.

A successful candidate will be able to design, implement, and deploy software for testing and tuning these systems and for leveraging these systems in customer-facing applications. Currently has or in the process of obtaining a BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or relevant field Strong programming skills in C or C++ Experience with software engineering best practices (testing, version control, code review) Background in building and deploying applications for embedded systems (through coursework or previous projects) Preferred

Familiarity with image processing fundamentals Experience with ARM-based systems and performance optimization (e.g. NEON, DSP) Prior work with Android & related tools (e.g. Android
