Opis

We are looking for a Day 2 Software Engineer to support the operations and maintenance of enterprise applications in a 24/7 production environment. You will troubleshoot production issues, support application deployments, and ensure application availability and reliability. Key Responsibilities Provide Day 2 / production application support , troubleshooting incidents and performing root cause analysis. Perform end-to-end troubleshooting across applications, infrastructure, databases, and integrations. Support applications running in containerized microservices environments . Investigate issues involving APIs, messaging, system integrations, and microservices. Support deployments, configuration changes, and post-release validation. Work with development, infrastructure, DevOps, and support teams to resolve production issues. Provide technical support to customers and stakeholders. Participate in 24/7 standby support and after-hours production activities. Requirements Singapore Citizen (mandatory due to security clearance requirement). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field. Min 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, application support, or production support. Experience supporting production applications and microservices environments needed . Strong knowledge of Node.js, React, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and Microservices .
