Job Description About the role We are looking for a Data Analyst (AI-Driven) who can bridge the gap between data and business value with a special focus on telco data, while leveraging AI and advanced analytics to drive smarter, faster decision-making. This is not a traditional analyst role. We’re looking for someone who actively uses AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Python, AutoML) to enhance analysis, automate workflows, and deliver deeper insights. What You’ll Do Analyze data (BSCS,CDRs, network, charging, customer data) to identify trends and actionable insights Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into data solutions Perform data mapping, profiling, and interface analysis across systems Support data migration and ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy Develop and execute SIT/UAT test plans and validation processes Build dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar) for business users and leadership Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management AI-Driven Responsibilities Use AI/GenAI tools to accelerate data analysis and root cause investigations Automate reporting, documentation, and test case generation using AI Apply AI techniques for data quality checks, anomaly detection, and optimization Demonstrate how AI can improve efficiency across the data lifecycle Identify opportunities to introduce AI-driven solutions in telecom use cases What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in data
