Job Description – Senior DevOps Lead Job Location: Remote Duration: 12 Month+ Position Overview Highly experienced Senior DevOps Lead to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise DevOps practices across cloud-native and hybrid environments. This individual will lead DevOps transformation initiatives, support engineering teams in delivering scalable and secure solutions, and champion automation, reliability, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in cloud platforms, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, and automation with proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and driving large-scale platform initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage DevOps engineers supporting multiple application and platform teams. Define and implement enterprise DevOps standards, best practices, and governance. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms. Architect and automate cloud infrastructure deployments across Azure and AWS environments. Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions utilizing Terraform, ARM Templates, CloudFormation, and related technologies. Lead Kubernetes strategy, deployment, scaling, and operational management for containerized applications. Collaborate with development, architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and efficient software delivery. Drive monitoring, observability
