Job Description: Parsons is seeking an experienced Document Controls Specialist, Lead Grade 2 to support document and records management for a major program and construction management team delivering a large, complex industrial infrastructure project. Reporting to the Document Control/PMIS Manager, this position will process, track, distribute, retrieve, and retain project documentation throughout design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. The selected candidate will help ensure that project records remain accurate, current, secure, traceable, and accessible to authorized users. This position is based near Little Rock, Arkansas and is part of a 4–5 year contract. During the first year, remote work is permitted. After the first year, the selected candidate will be required to either reside within commuting distance of Little Rock, AR or be willing to relocate to the area.
