Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) / QA Full-time/Company: Startale Group We are building StartaleApp, a next-generation Web3 application that unifies blockchain and DeFi functionality across frontend, backend, smart contracts, wallets, tokens and on-chain protocols. The platform requires robust quality engineering spanning distributed services, blockchain integrations and complex user flows. Open to applicants located in Singapore, Tokyo, APAC (Asia), EMEA and the UK. Responsibilities: - Design, build, and evolve the company’s quality engineering platform and testing architecture. - Build and maintain reusable testing frameworks, shared libraries, fixtures, and developer tooling. - Design and implement AI-assisted quality engineering workflows (LLM-driven test generation, failure analysis, etc.). - Build comprehensive automated test suites for APIs, backend services, frontend apps, blockchain interactions and Web3 flows. - Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with fast feedback and quality gates; optimize test execution. - Validate complex Web3/DeFi flows (wallets, tokens, smart contracts, transactions, swaps, staking, lending, edge cases). - Develop containerized testing environments and automated performance, load and reliability tests. Requirements: - 5+ years in SDET/Quality Engineering/Test Automation or Software Engineering roles. - Strong software engineering skills with JavaScript or TypeScript. - Experience designing testing archi
