Zantech is looking for a talented Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst to contribute to the success of our upcoming Operations and Administrative Support Services project for a Hybrid role based out of Mobile, AL. The Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst provides on-site project management surveillance support to the OPC PRO Project Manager Representative (PMR) at the Austal USA Shipyard in Mobile, AL. This is a technically demanding position, requiring deep expertise in shipbuilding processes, EVMS surveillance, and scheduling methodologies. The analyst monitors the shipbuilder's management control systems, conducts detailed IMS analysis, and provides the Government with independent assessments of cost, schedule, and performance. Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to: Plan, organize, and conduct system surveillance activities to ensure the shipbuilder's management control system complies with EVMS guidelines, and provide timely indications of actual and/or potential problems.
