Opis

We are looking for an experienced C# Engineer to join a technology team responsible for key back-office and trade accounting platforms. The role focuses on building, improving, and supporting reliable systems used in high-volume financial operations. This position is a good fit for someone with strong .NET experience, solid understanding of distributed applications, and the ability to work across both strategic development and production support. You will collaborate with international engineering teams and contribute to systems that require stability, scalability, and strong technical ownership. The company operates in the financial sector and has a strong AI-oriented culture . Artificial intelligence is used in a practical way to support daily work, automate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and speed up delivery. As part of the recruitment process, the candidate’s AI mindset will also be assessed, including openness to using modern AI tools, ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, responsible usage, and readiness to identify areas where AI can improve engineering and delivery processes.
