We are hiring talent like you! A Senior Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring that requirement backlogs and analyses successfully feed into complex technology projects spanning multiple business units or geographies. This role requires guiding Product Owners in roadmap development, epic creation, and user story writing while driving Agile team performance metrics. Additionally, they assure delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle and work to manage risk exposure while fostering continuous improvement across all disciplines. You will do the following in this job: Requirements Management: Elicit and gather comprehensive business requirements for complex projects. Ensure documentation is precise, accurate, and aligned with business goals, utilizing tools like JIRA, Confluence, or AI-native project management platforms. Process Design & Rapid Prototyping: Partner with team leads and designers to implement and test AI-powered enhancements. Define future "Human-AI" processes, ensuring they are technically feasible, user-friendly, and practical in real-world settings. AI Workflow Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Map and evaluate existing business processes to spot inefficiencies. Identify specific areas where LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI enhancements can make a tangible difference in work efficiency. Communication & Strategic Storytelling: Effectively communicate complex AI solutions in fluent English. Help clients and internal teams visualize their transform
