Senior Software Developer Role Overview Do you have experience building complex, enterprise-scale software solutions, and do you want to put modern cloud and AI technologies to work where they make a real difference? We are looking for motivated, team-oriented engineers to help shape the next generation of our platform and make a powerful impact in the healthcare industry. To succeed as a Senior Software Developer, you should bring deep expertise in modern .NET and cloud-native development on Microsoft Azure, hands-on experience building with AI and large language models (LLMs), the ability to learn new technology quickly, and the ability to provide technical leadership in a team environment. You will help evolve a mature, mission-critical platform while building the AI-enabled capabilities that will define its future. Main Responsibilities Lead Agile, globally distributed development teams and ensure results through sound technical decision-making. Work with the Software Development Manager to establish engineering best practices and ensure the team meets its code quality goals. Mentor junior engineers on standards and effective use of AI-assisted development tools. Communicate technical concepts and decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
