Accountabilities
- Lead cloud migration initiatives: Plan and execute migrations to cloud environments, identify cloud-readiness gaps, and design secure, scalable solutions for applications, infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
- Design and manage AWS infrastructure: Build, deploy, and maintain cloud architectures using AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and Route 53.
- Develop CI/CD automation: Design, implement, and operate continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines that improve deployment consistency, efficiency, and reliability.
- Implement infrastructure as code: Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK).
- Strengthen cloud security: Manage cloud permissions, identity and access controls, encryption, key management, and security services such as AWS Shield and AWS Web Application Firewall (WAF). Ensure compliance with applicable federal and healthcare data protection requirements.
- Manage cloud networking: Configure and maintain AWS networking components, including VPC peering, Direct Connect, and VPN connectivity, to support secure and reliable communication between systems.
- Monitor and optimize system performance: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config, and tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic. Troubleshoot issues and optimize availab
