Job Title Product Definition Analyst About Your Business Area/Department Amadeus Hospitality develops technology that connects hotels with customers, partners and hospitality platforms around the world. Within the Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS), the Connectivity team develops capabilities that enable information to move reliably between ACRS and connected systems. Summary of the role As a Product Definition Analyst, you’ll bridge business needs and technical implementation for ACRS Connectivity.

You’ll work with Product, Engineering, Architecture and QA to analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications that enable the team to build reliable, scalable connectivity solutions. In this role you’ll Gather, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders. Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications and technical requirements.

Analyze end-to-end integration flows, APIs, data mappings, business rules, dependencies and system impacts. Work closely with Architects and Engineers to clarify requirements and contribute to effective technical solutions. Support backlog refinement, story decomposition, PI Planning and feature readiness.

Partner with QA to define expected behaviors, test scenarios and acceptance conditions. Investigate functional and integration issues and help turn production learnings into product
