Opis

Location: Plano(Onsite) Experience: 5+ Years The role We are hiring a Senior React Native Developer to lead mobile delivery for ISHIR's client products. You will design, build and own cross-platform apps used by real customers in industries such as healthcare, fintech, retail and logistics, from first architecture sketch to App Store and Google Play release. You will set architectural direction across our mobile codebases and mentor the engineers around you. You will also help define how ISHIR uses AI-assisted development: shipping faster with tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor and Claude Code, while holding a high bar for code quality, security and review. This role suits a self-directed engineer who pays close attention to detail, enjoys client-facing work, and manages competing priorities well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key responsibilities Design, develop and own React Native applications and native modules for iOS and Android, driving architectural decisions across client mobile codebases. Build intuitive, accessible and high-performing user interfaces that turn client product goals into experiences users enjoy. Lead code reviews and mentor mid-level and junior engineers on React Native best practices, native bridging, state management and performance optimization. Own release management end to end: CI/CD pipelines, app store submissions, OTA updates, monitoring and rollback strategy. Use AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Cod
