As a member of the Teleport Customer Solutions Team, you will own the full post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic customers: implementation, technical support, ongoing business reviews, and identifying expansion opportunities. You will be responsible for implementing, supporting, evangelizing, and expanding Teleport at our top customers, and dedicated to proactively driving adoption so that they achieve the maximum value from all Teleport products and solutions. This is a deeply technical role. Many of our customers run Teleport on Kubernetes, and you will be expected to operate comfortably at the cluster level: designing and deploying Teleport in customer environments, troubleshooting failing workloads, and debugging access, networking, and certificate issues alongside customer engineers.
