About the role The Presales Solutions Architect is a key part of the organization providing technical pre-sales support to the sales team to design and propose solutions for prospects and customers. In this role, you will drive the technical aspects of customer engagements, providing architectural guidance and best practices to help businesses of all sizes, from startups, ISVs, SMBs to enterprises, leverage the power of OpsGuru’s AWS solutions. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique business and technical requirements and translate them into tailored AWS solutions. Your technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and ability to lead cross-practice initiatives will be critical in delivering innovative cloud-based solutions that drive value for our clients. Your Focus: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, pain points, and technical requirements, design relevant solution options, and help articulate them to customers, ensuring they derive value from their investments with OpsGuru. Champion customer needs internally with engineering and delivery teams to vet customer requirements and articulate custom requirements when necessary. Build proposals and SOWs for account teams to present to customers. Craft
