Location: Colombia , South America (work remote supporting US based client/project) Employment Type: Contract Work, 40 hours weekly 100% Requirement: Must have good verbal & written communication (English) Summary: We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Developer. The project involves working with a tech-enabled healthcare organization: they build internal platforms to support physicians and other providers, as well as patient and partner-facing functionality. They are scaling virtual care across the country, using tech to drive high-quality patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement full-stack features, with a primary focus on crafting intuitive and accessible frontend user experiences. Collaborate with team members to design and deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and accessible product experiences. Continuously analyze and improve product success metrics and workflows to optimize user satisfaction. About You An experienced software engineer with frontend experience who is excited to develop leadership skills Skilled in .NET development as well as React work on the Frontend Good experience with both AWS & PostgreSQL is required Independently able to identify and solve complex problems, recognizing when to seek assistance to maintain progress and efficiency Excellent at commun
