Accountabilities - Team leadership and development: Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Product Development team spanning software engineering, product ownership, business analysis, and project delivery. Establish clear priorities, responsibilities, performance expectations, and development goals while fostering collaboration and accountability. - Performance management and coaching: Recruit, mentor, and support team members through regular feedback, coaching, performance reviews, and professional development. Address performance and interpersonal challenges promptly, fairly, and in collaboration with Human Resources when appropriate. - Agile delivery and process improvement: Lead and continuously improve Agile development practices, backlog management, user story development, release planning, and delivery workflows to enhance efficiency, quality, and predictability. - Technical leadership and software development: Remain actively involved in technical design discussions, coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and architectural decisions when needed.
