Reference: ITE008208-Sfund-1 We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to drive business transformation, process improvement, and technology innovation across the organisation. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to deliver strategic solutions, optimise systems, and support digital transformation initiatives, including AI-driven automation and insights. Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis activities across multiple complex projects. Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and functional specifications. Design and implement solutions that align with business objectives and operational needs. Drive process improvement and identify opportunities for automation and AI integration. Manage project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timelines. Facilitate testing, user training, change management, and solution adoption. Analyse existing systems and recommend enhancements and technology improvements. Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. Support data-driven decision-making through data analysis and reporting initiatives. Requirements 12-15 years' experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or related IT roles. Relevant degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Strong experience delivering technology and business improvement projects. Proven project leadership and stakehold
