Drive banking transformation — lead agile delivery that reshapes critical technology for top-tier customers! Krakow-based opportunity with a hybrid work model, including up to 3 remote days per week. As a Senior Scrum Master / IT Project Manager , you will be working for our client in the banking and financial services industry, leading the transformation of a key application for top-tier customers. You will manage end-to-end software delivery, promote effective agile practices, and help ensure secure, compliant, and high-quality project outcomes across global teams. Your main responsibilities: Lead project scope, risk, stakeholder, budget, and operational risk management. Prepare project plans, schedules, estimations, status reports, and task allocations. Track project activities to ensure high-quality and timely software delivery. Facilitate prioritisation across multiple stakeholders with competing requirements. Promote and implement appropriate agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Anticipate and resolve conflicts while maintaining high team morale and collaboration. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Mentor team members and support the adoption of agile techniques, tools, and compliance controls. You're ideal for this role if you have: At least 5 years of experience in project management, Scrum Master, or a related software delivery role.
