About the role We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Lead to drive applied R&D, system design, and product innovation for our electric vehicle intelligent charging platform, covering mobile applications, embedded terminals, and cloud-based services. This role focuses on transforming research insights, emerging technologies, and system-level thinking into scalable, production-ready solutions through R&D activities conducted in Hong Kong. Key responsibilities Lead product-focused applied R&D and innovation initiatives for the intelligent EV charging platform, spanning app, embedded devices, and cloud systems. Drive early-stage exploration, including concept definition, technical uncertainty assessment, prototyping, and proof-of-concept (PoC) validation. Translate technology strategy, energy industry trends, and emerging standards into system-level product designs and differentiated technical capabilities. Conduct R&D requirements discovery and technical investigation (e.g., stakeholder interviews, field/usage observation, technical studies, technical benchmarking) to identify unmet needs, performance gaps, and innovation opportunities. Produce product and system specifications, including functional definitions, interaction flows, technical constraints, and PRDs, ensuring clarity for engineering implementation.
