Opis

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment. (This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.) The Assistant Manager, Data Analytics Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operation, support, and continuous improvement of the Authority's data services delivered through the Enterprise Data Analytics Platform. The role ensures the availability, accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of data pipelines, executive dashboards, management reports, and data solutions that support business operations and executive decision-making. Working closely with business users, technical teams, and external service providers, the Assistant Manager oversees data operations, data quality monitoring, dashboard lifecycle management, incident resolution, and stakeholder engagement, and service delivery. The role also supports the planning and delivery of data and analytics initiatives, driving operational excellence through service monitoring, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet the Authority's evolving analytics needs.
