We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to empower our cross-functional engineering and product teams to deliver high-value, scalable solutions across our underwriting, claims, and policy management platforms. The Role As a Scrum Master , you will serve as a servant leader and coach for your team. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster an environment of continuous improvement and transparent collaboration. You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and IT teams to ensure delivery aligns with business priorities while adhering to insurance regulatory and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Agile Facilitation & Coaching Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Guide the team on Agile/Scrum best practices, helping them self-organize and mature their delivery framework. Coach the Product Owner in effective backlog management, feature prioritization, and user story refinement. Team Enablement & Impediment Removal Identify, track, and resolve blockers, dependencies, and team friction points. Protect the development team from external disruptions and scope creep during active sprints. Foster an environment of psychological safety, accountability, and continuous learning.
