About the role We’re looking for a UX Designer at regular level or above to help shape an AI Virtual Assistant for a global organisation operating across the food, beverage, fragrance, health and bioscience sectors. The application started as a small set of forms. It is now growing into a broader product, with new features, more complex workflows and an ambitious roadmap. It already supports people working on the shop floor with tasks such as reporting observations, using checklists, conducting audits and running status meetings. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner, developers and stakeholders around the world. The role combines UX design with business analysis: you’ll ask thoughtful questions, understand how people work and turn what you learn into clear user needs, flows and requirements. What you’ll work on The product is intended to support both site-level operations and leadership. Its evolving capabilities include incident and event reporting, machine observations, safety audits, documenting safety and quality processes, and tracking actions that need to be completed and reviewed at a site.
