Summary: The Oracle Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to Oracle products and methodologies, aimed at boosting operational efficiency and compliance. Main Responsibilities Establish and maintain the integrated project plan, covering business processes and technical components. Define milestones, dependencies, and responsibilities in collaboration with workstream leads. Monitor project progress and coordinate corrective actions as necessary. Implement and manage project governance structures and reporting arrangements. Facilitate project meetings and maintain records of decisions and actions. Manage project scope, risks, and changes effectively. Coordinate resources, track project expenditures, and forecast budgets. Organize testing and business readiness activities, ensuring all processes are coordinated efficiently. Execute go-live plans and manage hypercare post-implementation. Key Requirements Strong experience as an Oracle Project Manager. Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proven track record in managing project plans and governance structures. Experience with financial tracking and resource management. Nice to Have: Familiarity with Indian localization and compliance interfaces. Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination. Knowledge of testing processes and user acceptance testing. Other Details: Location: Chennai Project
