TL;DR Location: Ghent, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Berlin or Munich (Hybrid). Relocation outside of Europe is not possible for this role today. Language: English. Working proficiency in Dutch or German is strongly preferred. Experience: 5+ years of delivering IT projects end-to-end in production as a project manager, with a proven track record in AI-driven projects. As an AI Project Manager, you align client strategic objectives with technical execution, leading teams of AI engineers to deliver high-impact AI solutions on time, on scope, and within budget. YOUR IMPACT Strategic Discovery & Stakeholder Management Discovery & Scoping: Lead workshops and interviews to uncover business needs and translate them into actionable, technical project roadmaps. Technical Translation: Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, adapting communication to technical and non-technical audiences. Account Growth: Act as a trusted advisor to identify expansion opportunities and propose innovative AI use cases to senior client leadership. Project Delivery & Operational Excellence End-to-End Ownership: Manage the complete project lifecycle - from sprint planning and backlog prioritization to testing and final delivery. Governance & Budgeting: Oversee resource allocation, timelines, and budgets to ensure profitability and delivery milestones are met.
