Worker Type Regular Job Description AV is seeking a Software Engineer 0 to join the software development team supporting a prime contract in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. This entry-level position will contribute to the development, integration, testing, and sustainment of modern, feature-rich visualization and presentation capabilities. The team develops and supports applications that enable mission-analytic users to view existing data, contribute new information, and collaborate within a shared operational environment. These capabilities help users understand complex information, improve collaboration, and make more informed mission decisions. The successful candidate may have a primary interest in user-interface development or may be a developing full-stack software engineer interested in supporting both front-end and back-end capabilities. The role provides an opportunity to work with experienced software professionals while contributing to applications across the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Analyze user requirements and translate them into software design, functional, and performance requirements. Design, develop, integrate, test, debug, document, and maintain software applications and services. Develop new software features and enhance existing applications to support visualization, presentation, collaboration, and mission-analysis workflows.
