Opis

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in the Insurance and Claims domain to lead end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of insurance processes, claims management systems, stakeholder coordination, and software development life cycles (SDLC) in the .net Framework. The candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations. Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, resource requirements, and implementation plans. Insurance & Claims Domain: Understand insurance business processes, including policy administration, claims processing, adjudication, settlements, underwriting, and related workflows. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, business analysts, developers, QA teams, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Delivery Management: Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, quality standards, budgets, and scope. Agile & SDLC: Drive project execution using Agile/Scrum or other suitable delivery methodologies. Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning as applicable. Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and potential delivery challenges;
