Opis

Tasks Engineering Leadership and Interface Management • Lead and oversee all engineering management activities, including systems engineering, ensuring alignment between project objectives, technical requirements, schedule, cost, quality targets, and system lifecycle requirements. • Establish and maintain effective interfaces between engineering disciplines, project packages, EPCI contractors, procurement, logistics, O&M, permitting authorities, certification bodies, and other key stakeholders. Engineering Strategy, System Integration and Design Assurance • Ensure the consistent integration of all technical, operational, regulatory, HSE, certification, and licensing requirements into the overall project design. • Provide leadership in the development and implementation of engineering strategies, standards, methodologies, and best practices. • Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of technical specifications, technical requirements, and engineering deliverables. Project Delivery and Execution Management • Direct engineering activities throughout project development, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and handover phases. • In collaboration with Quality Management (QM), oversee the development and implementation of commissioning philosophies, testing strategies, inspection plans, and design verification activities. • Monitor engineering progress, key performance indicators, resource utilization, and delivery milestones.
