Systems Engineer (Rayong)

About the role Systems Engineer responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure and systems within the company, including servers, networks, hardware, software, and information systems.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and prevent issues related to Server, Network, Hardware, Software and company information systems Manage backup systems and test data recovery procedures to prevent loss of critical data Manage cybersecurity systems including Antivirus, Endpoint Security, Firewall and prevent unauthorized data access Support and maintain ERP, OA, payroll systems and internal company systems, and coordinate with service providers when issues occur Provide consultation and support to users regarding computer, software and network issues, and follow up until resolution Monitor IT system performance, plan preventive maintenance and improve system stability Support IT Security and Information Security assessments and compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 27001 Coordinate with internal departments, system service providers and equipment vendors to plan installation, upgrades and troubleshooting of IT systems Plan IT system development to support company operations, including technical proposals and budgets for new equipment or systems Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor About you Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field Minimum 3 years of direct experience in systems ad
