Join our collaborative team and work on projects that transform real-world mining processes and technical requirements into interactive training experiences. Position Overview (Full-Time, Fixed-Term) We are seeking a technically capable and adaptable entry to mid-level Unity Developer - Simulation and VR with a passion for solving problems and creating impactful training solutions to join our Perth team. You'll develop and support interactive training solutions using real-time technologies, primarily through our in-house engine and Unity, combining technical problem-solving, scripting, 3D knowledge and project ownership to bring customer training requirements to life. You should be comfortable working with code and scripting, with a practical understanding of real-time 3D principles, including topology, UVs, materials and texturing. The role is primarily development-focused, however you'll also collaborate with clients, subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal technical teams to understand operational requirements and turn them into practical training solutions.
