We’re looking for a Staff Quantitative UX Researcher to help define and raise the quality of experiences across Etsy. You will lead a quantitative research and measurement practice — grounded in rigorous survey design, statistical analysis, and experimental methods — to help build buyer and seller experiences that are usable, distinctive, and polished. You will establish a shared, quantitatively grounded definition of experience quality and build the measurement systems and statistical models needed to assess it consistently.
