Opis

We are currently looking for a Senior Automation Engineer for a 100% remote position supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project. This position will establish and guide enterprise testing, quality engineering, automation, and AI-assisted testing practices supporting U.S. Census Bureau systems. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Senior Test Engineer will work within an Agile, DevSecOps, and cloud-native PMO environment, collaborating with product owners, engineers, architects, cybersecurity teams, program leaders, and Government stakeholders. The selected candidate must be available to travel to the Washington, DC metropolitan area as needed to support onsite meetings, program activities, and customer requirements. The candidate must reside within the continental US. Responsibilities Establish enterprise testing standards, procedures, tools, comprehensive test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability practices. Design test coverage encompassing functional, integration, system, regression, performance, user acceptance, negative, boundary, and edge-case testing. Develop and maintain automated test suites, validation frameworks, CI/CD quality gates, and continuous-testing capabilities. Evaluate and implement AI-assisted techniques for test-case generation, coverage analysis, synthetic test data, regression testing, defect analysis, and quality assurance.
